Prudentia Sciences (“we,” “us” or “our”) wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise process your personal information (“Personal Information”). Our Service is designed for enterprise customers and their representatives. We do not offer products or services for use by individuals for their personal, family, or household purposes. Accordingly, we treat all Personal Information we collect as pertaining to individuals in their capacities as representatives of the relevant enterprise and not their individual capacities. This Notice does not apply to Personal Information we process on behalf of our business customers while providing services to them. Our use of information that we process on behalf of our business customers is governed by our agreements with such customers. If you have concerns regarding your Personal Information that we process on behalf of a business customer, please direct your concerns to the business customer with which you have a relationship. This Privacy Policy does not apply to our employees, independent contractors, or job candidates.

Service Providers: Who are third parties that perform functions on our behalf or otherwise help us operate the Service or our business. Examples include providing customer service, sending postal mail and e-mail, IT providers, hosting the Service, and providing marketing assistance.

Third parties designated by you: We may share your Personal Information with third parties where you have instructed us or provided your consent to do so.
Sponsor Partners: Third parties with whom we partner, including parties with whom we co-sponsor events or promotions, with whom we jointly offer products or services, or whose products or services may be of interest to you.
Professional advisors: Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
Legal Requirements: If we are under a duty to disclose or share your Personal Information in order to comply with any legal obligation or to respond to legal process such as a subpoena, warrant, or court order; in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Prudentia Sciences or any affiliate, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection.
Access or update your information: If you have registered for an account with us through the Service, you may review and update certain account information by logging into the account and navigating to your account profile and settings. You can otherwise update your Personal Information by contacting us with the request.
Opt-out of communications: Where it is in accordance with your preferences, Prudentia Sciences may send you direct electronic communications, such as through email. You may “opt out” of receiving these electronic communications by following the instructions in the message that you receive, or by sending an email to Prudentia Sciences indicating which communications you no longer wish to receive. Note that if you are a customer, we may still send certain administrative messages to you by email that relate to the products that you have ordered or services that you have signed up to receive from Prudentia Sciences.

We cannot offer any assurances as to whether the companies we work with participate in the opt-out programs described above.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other online services, including other websites. It is your sole obligation to review and understand the privacy practices and policies of third parties. We do not control the use of cookies or the collection of information by these third parties, nor how they manage such information. The availability of, or inclusion of a link to or interface with, any third-party service on the Service does not imply endorsement of it by us or by our affiliates. Your use of those other Services and services is subject to the privacy policies of those Services and services, and not this Notice. We recognize and honor browser-based Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). When our system detects a GPC signal from your browser, we will automatically treat it as a valid request to opt out of the "sale" of your Personal Information, to the extent required by applicable state laws. This allows you to exercise your opt-out preferences automatically without needing to submit individual requests.
We may use social media plug-ins from social media networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter, which are labeled on our Service with the well-known symbols of the respective social network. We use organizational, technical, and administrative measures designed to protect Personal Information under our control. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. The Service is not intended for persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information online from persons in this age group. We reserve the right to delete any information identified as having been provided by such persons at our discretion. If you are a parent or guardian of a minor from whom you believe we have collected Personal Information, or if information was provided on your behalf when you were under 18, please contact us.
We are headquartered in the United States and may use service providers that operate in other countries. Your Personal Information may be transferred to the United States or other locations where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your state, province, or country.
